“Therefore, stay safe and visit only legitimate websites to obtain reliable coronavirus-related news,” the authority added. Taking care of one’s computer systems and mobile devices has become even more relevant nowadays as people are compelled to remain in their homes amid the spread of coronavirus in the world.
Internet use in Pakistan has increased in a matter of days by 15 percent, owing to a rise in online activities by educational institutions and companies and individuals’ and organizations ‘policy of’ work from home.

“In the region, however, there’s enough internet capacity available to meet the increasing demands of the future. PTA has been tracking internet use trends closely to ensure that in this difficult period fast and reliable telecom services remain available to customers, “PTA said.
