- If you delete the “.Safe Gallery” folder in SD card, it will delete the locked files.
- If you select the “Clear data” menu(path: Settings > Application Manager > Safe Gallery (Free)), the locked file information will be deleted.
- An app that works like cleaning up storage (e.g. Clean Master) may delete locked media, so do not delete any Safe Gallery related files while cleaning your smartphone.
- Do not forget to unlock and back up the locked media before upgrading the firmware or formatting the internal/external SD card.
- Please back up important locked media in extra storage. All locked media might be able to be deleted in other Apps or outbreak situation
