JCB Toughcases announced for iPhone 11 and 12 series. With the launch of a new range of JCB Toughcase items for current iPhones and a few Galaxy phones, the Genuine Case Company has taken the JCB name back into the smartphone world. The cases are made of recyclable and recycled materials and have been drop-tested from 1.2 m (4 ft) heights.
iPhone 11 and 12 series
For Apple’s iPhone 12 series, iPhone 11 series and the new iPhone SE, there are JCB Toughcases. The option is more restrictive for Samsung, with cases for only the Galaxy A41 and Galaxy A21s.
The cases have flexible TPUs to withstand impacts along the sides of the phone and a hard polycarbonate plate on the back. There are three colour combinations available, including the Black and Yellow trademarks of JCB
In December, the JCB Toughcases will be available at a price of £20. You can find them on the official website of the company, as well as on Amazon throughout Europe. The cases would also be accessible via carriers and distributors, but such agreements are still to be concluded.
If you haven’t heard of it before, GCC is a long-standing JCB brand licensee. The same team is also behind the 2007 (made by Sonim) JCB Toughphone, which set the Guinness record for the hardest phone in the world.”
